Mr. Bob White

1978

Bob White leaves Wilson DownHole Services and opens Quail Tools in his back yard.

Quai's New Office

1979

A new office was built

Cleaning Machine and Building Shop

1981

After purchasing land on Hwy 14 (New Iberia, LA), Quail's first cleaning machine building and shop was built

Quail's Third Office

1982

A third office building was purchased for the Hwy 14 location

Quail's Permanent Office

1985

The permanent office was completed

Quail's Second Cleaning Machine



The second pipe cleaning machine was built, this soon becomes one of three for the New Iberia location.

Quail's Fleet

1990

Quail adds more trucks to its existing fleet

Quail's Inspection Building

1992

A new inspection building is designed and built

Pipe Yard Being Concreted

1994

The existing yard is completely concreted

Quail Tools and Parker Drilling Company join forces when Bobby Parker and Bob White come to an agreement.

Victoria Store

1997

A location in Victoria, Texas is opened

Odessa Store

2000

A third branch is opened in Odessa, Texas

Evanston Store

2002

A fourth branch opens in Evanston, Wyoming

Corporate Office

2003

The number of Quail employees increases significantly, and a corporate office is built on Hwy 14.

Texarkana Store

2006

A fifth operations facility is added in Texarkana, Texas

Williston Store

2007

The sixth branch, in Williston North, Dakota, is opened in January 2008

David Blair

2008

David Blair, hired in 1979, becomes Quail Tool's first employee to cross his 30 year milestone with the company. Congratualtions Dave!

Present Day

Today, Quail Tools New Iberia facility encompasses 15 acres of concreted yard and shop area, and the company is made up of one corporate and six operational facilities.
