Inventory
We have up-to-the-minute information at our finger tips through our "Qrental" inventory and billiling system, which is completely customized and developed in-house. This program is constantly changing and adapting to meet our needs and those of our customers. Qrental helps us to interface with our clients through EDI, as well as allowing us to combine this information with our repairs, billing and inventory tracking. The program universally updates as the equipment specifications and data are input into the system. Every tool can be tracked from the day it was purchased, to if and when it is retired. All mill certs and dimensional data are kept within the Qrental system for easy reference. The program allows us to send up to the minute inventories via email or fax to customers on the rig anywhere in the country, whether offshore or in the Rocky Mountains.
Quail Tools offers a large stock of quality equipment for our customers. We have tubing ranging from 3/4" to 4-1/2" grades, N-80, XD-105 (H2S), P105/110, T-95 (H2S), Q-125, and S-135. Drill pipe inventory ranges from 2-3/8" to 6-5/8" grades E-75, X-95, XD-105 (H2S), and S-135. Landing String inventory ranges from 5" to 6-5/8", grades includes S-135, Z-140 and V-150. When renting tubulars, Quail provides the necessary valves, subs, and handling tools to get the job done efficiently. We also maintain a large supply of Heavy-Weight Drill Pipe and Drill Collars.
Quail's inventory also includes a wide range of high torque connections such as HT, XT, and XT-M. Quail Tools was the first rental tool company to own and rent XT drill pipe. This allowed us to gain years of experience in maintaining and inspecting XT connections. We are also capable of re-facing XT in the field with a patented re-facing tool.
We have blowout preventer equipment ranging from 2-1/2"5M to 30"1M including all pressure ratings. Quail Tools owns one of the few 26-3/4" 3M BOP stacks in the world. Quail maintains all the necessary equipment to go with blowout preventers including choke manifolds, hydraulic and manual gate valves, bell nipples, starter flanges, drilling and spacer spools, and double studded adapters.
